Switched

Many years ago, in a galaxy far far away… I got my first PC. Since then, I’ve had many PCs and quite a number of laptops. But today, for the first time, I’m the happy owner of an Apple computer: a 15″ MacBook Pro 2.33GHz Core 2 Duo… which I bought at the Palo Alto Apple Store.

So far, so good… just getting to know it, adding some old favorites (like Firefox 2.0) and watching movies (Lucky Number Slevin). I really dig the remote control.

    Thanks Mike. I’ll check out the links you mention. So far, I love my new laptop (and bluetooth MightyMouse). I’m still getting used to some of the shortcuts and the daily workflow.

    For a number of months, I’ve been collecting links relating to Mac software and utilities I thought might come in handy once I bought the Mac. I’ll finally get to use them.

    I might even open a new section here about the whole switch experience.
